Cactus Communications - Medicine Hat was established in 1994. Ingrid Koch, President, is a former employee of the Provincial Telco AGT (now TELUS^TM). She started Cactus with all the background and knowledge critical in serving customers in the communications industry.

With the expanding customer base from Medicine Hat and surrounding area, it was evident that more staffing and diversified services were an essential need to better serve our clients. In May of 2003, we were proud to open our new 8000 square foot building which features: an 80 foot drive through bay, expanded shop and technical area, and plenty of parking as a convenience to better serve our clients.

 In a very short time, Ingrid and her staff have been recognized with many awards but the one of which they are proudest is their "Customer Service Award".
